Founded in 1965 by Osman Nuri Uğurlu under the roof of Uğurlu Collective Company, our company continues its activities as Uğurlular Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.

Aiming to combine its strong financial structure with quality and good service understanding, Uğurlular has turned to the yarn sector with its Ring investment with a capacity of 25,200 spindles and a daily production capacity of 20 tonnes, and has become a rapidly growing brand abroad by starting to work export-oriented in 2007. In 2014, it increased its daily production volume to 60 tonnes with its open-end investment with a capacity of 8,100 rotors.

Uğurlular Tekstil is always moving forward with the goal of environmentally friendly production within the scope of sustainable growth. In this context, it reduces its carbon footprint by using recyclable materials in production and aims to meet all of its electricity needs with green energy through solar energy panels placed on the factory roofs and in the field.

With an approach based on innovative thinking and creativity, Uğurlular Tekstil supports the creation of free environments that will expand the boundaries of knowledge and the spirit of entrepreneurship. In this context, it strengthened its innovative structure in production by becoming an R&D centre approved by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology in 2019.

In 2022, Uğurlular Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi increased its daily production volume to 100 tonnes with its 57,000 spindle capacity and Industry 4.0 indexed compact facility investment and today, Uğurlular Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi is one of the most important players in the textile industry with more than 800 personnel and more than half a century of experience in a closed area of 82,000 square metres.
