As Uğurlular, we prepared an orientation and on-the-job training program to effectively manage the process of introducing our new employees to our company culture and working environment and to accelerate the corporate adaptation process.

While many topics such as the basic principles of our company, our values, our organizational structure and workflows are covered in our training program, practical issues such as food and transportation that will facilitate the daily lives of our employees also play an important role.
